Terms of Service · Version 2.2
Ashee Media LLC  ·  getattorneyready.com  ·  Revised June 18, 2026 · Effective upon launch
These Terms apply exclusively to licensed US attorneys. By accepting, you confirm you are a licensed attorney in good standing with your state bar and that you are using this service in your professional capacity.
1.  Defined Terms
GetAttorneyReadyThe AI-powered legal brief preparation service operated by Ashee Media LLC at getattorneyready.com. Also referred to as "we," "us," or "our."
You / AttorneyA licensed US attorney who has created a verified account and accepted these Terms. "You" means you personally — not your firm, not your client.
Brief PackageThe AI-generated PDF produced from your uploaded materials: the Matter Management Cover Sheet and 10-section attorney brief. The Client Briefing Sheet, if generated, is a separate optional document.
Uploaded MaterialsAll files, documents, notes, and other content you upload during a Session. Total upload size is limited to 50MB per Session.
SessionA single paid transaction: from payment through upload, generation, download, and the deletion of your Uploaded Materials and Brief Package. Each Session produces one Brief Package.
GAR Reference NumberThe unique identifier (format: GAR-YYYY-XXXX) assigned to each Session and Brief Package for logging and audit purposes.
Responsibility CheckboxThe professional responsibility acknowledgment you must click before downloading your Brief Package. The exact text is a defined obligation — see Section 5.
Bar VerificationThe real-time check of your bar number against the official state bar registry, plus identity verification via Didit, as conditions of account creation.
2.  Who This Service Is For

GetAttorneyReady is a B2B service for licensed US attorneys only. It is not available to members of the public, paralegals or legal assistants acting without attorney supervision, law students, or anyone who is not a licensed US attorney in good standing.

By creating an account, you represent that you are a licensed US attorney in good standing with your state bar, that your bar number is current and valid, and that you are using this service in your professional legal practice. If any of this ceases to be true, you must stop using the service immediately.

3.  Bar Verification

We verify your bar number against the official state bar registry at registration, and confirm your identity via Didit. Both checks are conditions of account creation — accounts that do not pass both checks do not receive access.

If automated verification cannot confirm your bar number at the time of registration, you will be asked to try again later. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where bar standing cannot be confirmed or is subsequently revoked.

4.  What GetAttorneyReady Does

GetAttorneyReady takes the materials you upload, processes them through an AI language model, and returns a Brief Package as a PDF download — directly to your browser, within your Session. That is the complete service.

  • You accept these Terms (this step — once per account, and whenever Terms update)
  • You pay via Stripe before uploading anything
  • You upload your case materials — any file type, all at once, up to 50MB
  • The system generates your Brief Package
  • You click the Responsibility Checkbox
  • You download your Brief Package directly to your device

There is no human at GetAttorneyReady who reviews, accesses, or has visibility into your Uploaded Materials or your Brief Package.

5.  Your Professional Responsibility

Before you can download your Brief Package, you must click the Responsibility Checkbox. This is not a formality. It is the central term of this Agreement.

"I take full professional responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and determining the appropriateness of this AI-generated document for use in my legal practice."
This acknowledgment is timestamped and logged against your bar number and GAR Reference Number at each Session.

By clicking the Responsibility Checkbox you confirm that you will review the Brief Package before using it in any matter, verify all facts, dates, citations, and legal analysis, and exercise your independent professional judgment. The Brief Package is a document preparation tool — not a substitute for your professional judgment.

6.  Payment

Payment is collected via Stripe before you upload any materials. The fee per Session is displayed at the time of payment.

Single Brief ($149)

Each brief is a one-time payment. All sales are final for generated briefs — meaning any Session in which a Brief Package was generated and made available for download.

10-Brief Pack ($999)

The 10-Brief Pack gives you 10 brief generations for $999, with no expiry. The following refund policy applies if you request to cancel your pack:

  • If you have used 1 to 6 briefs, each used brief is charged at the full single-brief price of $149. The balance of $999 minus (briefs used × $149) is refunded to your original payment method.
  • If you have used 7 or more briefs, no refund is available. Your remaining briefs are still valid and may be used at any time — they do not expire.

If GetAttorneyReady is unable to continue providing service for any reason on our side, all unused briefs in your pack are refunded at $99.90 each, regardless of how many you have used.

If a technical failure on our side prevents Brief Package generation, we will either regenerate at no charge or refund that brief at $149 (single) or $99.90 (pack) at our discretion.

7.  Your Data and Your Client's Data
7A. What We Process

During a Session, your Uploaded Materials and the generated Brief Package are processed by an AI language model. This processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of our AI technology provider, which we identify in our Privacy Policy.

7B. What We Store

We log the following for compliance and audit purposes only: your name, firm, state, bar number, and registered email; GAR Reference Number for each Session; timestamp of your Terms acceptance; timestamp of your Responsibility Checkbox confirmation; and payment record via Stripe.

We do not retain your Uploaded Materials or Brief Package as part of these compliance records. Before payment, you choose when they are deleted after download — either immediately once your download is confirmed complete, or after a deletion window you select (5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes). If your Brief Package is never downloaded, or a download cannot be confirmed, your Uploaded Materials and Brief Package are held no longer than 24 hours and then permanently deleted. The full deletion timeline is set out in our Privacy Policy.

7C. Your Obligation as the Attorney

You are responsible for ensuring your use of GetAttorneyReady complies with your professional obligations regarding client confidentiality, including your applicable Rules of Professional Conduct.

8.  What GetAttorneyReady Is Not
  • GetAttorneyReady is not a law firm
  • GetAttorneyReady does not provide legal advice
  • GetAttorneyReady does not practice law
  • No attorney-client relationship is created between you and GetAttorneyReady
  • The Brief Package is not legal advice and does not represent a legal opinion
  • GetAttorneyReady makes no guarantee of any legal outcome

The Brief Package is a document preparation tool. Its accuracy, applicability, and appropriateness for any specific matter is your call to make — not ours.

9.  AI-Generated Content — What You Should Know

The Brief Package is generated by an AI language model. AI models can produce errors — they can misread documents, misstate dates, miss facts, or generate plausible-sounding but incorrect legal citations. Before using any part of the Brief Package in a matter, independently verify every date, every statute citation, every party name, every exhibit cross-reference, and every damages figure.

10.  Acceptable Use
  • Do not upload materials you do not have the legal right to submit
  • Do not upload personal data of any individual without proper authorisation
  • Do not use the Brief Package to make automated legal decisions without independent professional review
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or circumvent the underlying AI system or platform logic
  • Do not use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law, court order, bar rule, or professional regulation
  • Do not share, resell, or sublicense the Brief Package independent of your own professional representation
  • Do not misrepresent your bar status, identity, or the nature of your legal matter
11.  Intellectual Property

The Brief Package generated from your Uploaded Materials belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it. Note: AI-generated content may not qualify for independent copyright protection under current US Copyright Office guidance.

GetAttorneyReady — including its underlying AI prompt system, workflow logic, user interface, and brand — is owned exclusively by Ashee Media LLC. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your professional legal practice only.

12.  No AI Training on Your Data

We do not use your Uploaded Materials, your client's information, or your Brief Package to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — ours or any third party's. Your data is processed solely to generate your Brief Package within your Session. This is not a setting you need to opt out of. It is how the system is built.

13.  Our Liability

GetAttorneyReady and Ashee Media LLC provide this service "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: we make no warranties as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any Brief Package; we are not liable for errors in the Brief Package or how you use it; we are not liable for any professional consequences including bar complaints, malpractice claims, or adverse legal outcomes; our total liability for any claim arising from a Session is limited to the fee you paid for that Session; and we are not liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

14.  Your Indemnification of GetAttorneyReady

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ashee Media LLC, GetAttorneyReady, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or professional obligation, any claim by a third party relating to your Uploaded Materials, or your use of the Brief Package in any legal matter. This obligation survives termination of your account.

15.  Your Account

Your account is personal to you. You may not share your login credentials or allow anyone else to use your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if your bar standing has lapsed, your credentials were misrepresented, or your use violates these Terms.

16.  Dispute Resolution
16A. Informal Resolution First

Before either party initiates any formal proceeding, the party with a dispute must give the other written notice. The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Written notice to GetAttorneyReady: info@getattorneyready.com.

16B. Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, all disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules, conducted in Atlanta, Georgia. The arbitrator's decision is final.

16C. No Class Actions

You agree to resolve disputes with GetAttorneyReady on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding of any kind.

16D. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. For any matter not subject to arbitration, exclusive venue is Fulton County, Georgia.

17.  General Provisions
17A. Updates

We may update these Terms. You will be asked to accept updated Terms at your next login. The acceptance timestamp and bar number log will reflect the version you accepted.

17B. Survival

Sections 5, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 16 survive termination of your account or these Terms.

17C. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Responsibility Checkbox acknowledgment logged against your bar number in each Session, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetAttorneyReady. They supersede all prior versions, including GetAttorneyReady Terms of Service v2.1.

17D. Severability & No Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce any provision on any occasion does not waive our right to enforce it in future.
